Koalas | Humanitarians Yes
The koala is a cuddly bear. It’s always friendly and loves eating leaves. Docile and a great friend for kids and adults alike makes the Koala one of the most popular and attractive animals loved by all. These animals survival need to be preserved for future generations and have their life to live free and in their own environment.
There is concern by Koala carers and national environmental parks and wildlife agencies about the decrease in the Koala population and their future as a important part of the food chain and part they play in their role with propagating the seeds from trees and fauna of the forest canopy. Awareness campaigns are being staged and scientists are doing research and monitoring their plight in order to help combat the threat that these unique and passively attractive bears are being needlessly put to as a result of for example natural disasters like fire, and droughts, and floods, and also road deaths due to human neglect and inattention to the crossing of Koalas as they migrate to different areas of their territory and habitat throughout the year especially in seasonal times and or to escape predators, or find food.
