HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BECOME ENTREPRENEURS

Foundation for Young Australians are a non-profit organisation doing a great job in promoting their cause which raises awareness of young people initiatives and serves to give them the opportunities and appropriate skills through outlets which provide direction and purpose at an important period of a young person’s life.

F.Y.A help young aspiring people start up their own business and foster young people’s needs, and skills development in things like creative expressions where innovation and imagination in business is encouraged and with things for example where they provide opportunities and growth through their programs that offer:

~ Assistance and guidance where needed.

~An environment work place where young entrepreneurs can work on their ideas and turn them into an actual physical reality and expression.

~Funding and aid for young people projects.

~Social and community connections.

~Helping professionals who work with young people.

~Global issues awareness for young people.

They have a range of national programs that vary from young social entrepreneurial networking, and coaching to educational learning for indigenous people, and student learning across various global communities, and safety at school awareness. They foster young entrepreneurial initiatives aimed at promoting the goodwill and spirit of young people giving them a voice and outlet for ideas that make and build a strong foundation for the future economy and give assurance in keeping continuity for community values and social enterprises development alive that will sustain our future economic growth.

Working with young people they address vital personal development issues and challenges facing the young people of today in general and in doing so are letting them have their say and demonstrating the younger generations  concerns in what they see and feel passionately about in relation to important areas of life such as for example young people starting out in the workforce, and making decisions regarding career choices, and tackling social issues, and raising awareness of  inequality, and being open and supportive in other key areas of social injustices, and young people health issues today.

They share a common vision and take action with their partners whom they work with in the different areas of community to support and train young entrepreneurs and in a way that the young entrepreneur is all for because they allow them to make decisions and develop their innate potential and latent business leadership acumen through enterprising projects and creative aims and practical learning in which foresight and planning are given ample return of reward and value to the young entrepreneurs.
